Mount Carmel

     Here Elijah challenged the priests of Baal to see whose god was the true God. Because of this story, I have come to appreciate Elijah and the realize price of apostleship. Elijah had to kill 450 men with his own hands. That could not have been easy to handle emotionally. I admire his faith and obedience to the Lord. This is also where we get the beautiful scripture about the Holy Ghost coming as a whisper (1 Kings 19).
